Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using this website, products, or services provided by Curio Tech (“we,” “us,” “our”), the user (“you,” “your,” “Customer”) agrees to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

You agree to use the site for lawful purposes only and not to disrupt, damage, or impair site functionality.
We may modify or discontinue any part of the site without notice.
Content is provided for general information and may change without prior notice.

Quotations are valid for the period stated or, if none, 30 days from the date of issue.
An order is accepted only when we issue written confirmation (e.g., proforma invoice, sales order) or begin performance.
Any Customer terms not expressly accepted in writing are rejected.

Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, shipping, insurance, and installation unless stated otherwise.
Payment terms are as stated on the quotation/invoice (e.g., advance, milestone, or net days). Late payments may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by law, plus recovery costs.
We may suspend delivery or service for overdue accounts.

Delivery terms follow the Incoterms specified in the quotation. Risk of loss transfers as per the agreed Incoterm. Title transfers upon full payment unless otherwise stated.
Delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (see “Force Majeure”).

Where included, installation, IQ/OQ/PQ, calibration, and training will be carried out at the site agreed.
The Customer must provide suitable site conditions, utilities, access, safety clearances, and qualified personnel.
Additional visits due to site readiness issues may be chargeable.

We may improve or update products without prior notice as part of continual development.
Published specifications are subject to tolerances and proper operating conditions.

Unless stated otherwise in the quotation or warranty card, instruments are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the period specified (standard: months from delivery/installation, whichever occurs first).
Warranty remedies are limited to repair or replacement at our option. Consumables, glassware, normal wear, misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repair, and operation outside specifications are excluded.
No other warranties (express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) apply beyond those expressly provided.

Returns require prior written authorization (RMA). Returned items must be in original condition and packaging; restocking fees may apply.
Custom or configured items may be non‑cancelable and non‑returnable (NCNR).
Order cancellations require our written consent and may incur charges for work performed, materials procured, and administrative costs.

Preventive maintenance, calibration, spare parts, and repairs are provided per the applicable service plan or quotation.
Service response times are targets, not guarantees, unless a specific service level agreement (SLA) is purchased.

Equipment must be operated by trained personnel in accordance with manuals, safety warnings, and local regulations.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that product configuration and documentation meet applicable regulatory requirements for their intended use and jurisdiction.

Any software, firmware, and documentation supplied are licensed, not sold, and may be used only with the product and for internal purposes.
Copying, reverse engineering, sublicensing, or distribution is prohibited unless expressly permitted by law and license terms.

All intellectual property rights in products, software, drawings, manuals, and website content remain with Curio Tech or its licensors.
Use of our trademarks and logos requires prior written permission.

Non‑public technical or commercial information exchanged between Curio Tech and the Customer must be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of the engagement.

Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy. By interacting with us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curio Tech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of production, data, revenue, or profit.
Our total aggregate liability arising from any order shall not exceed the amounts actually paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Curio Tech harmless from claims arising from misuse of products, operation contrary to manuals, or violation of laws or third‑party rights.

We are not liable for delay or failure due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, labor disputes, shortages, transportation failures, utility outages, or governmental actions. Time for performance will be extended accordingly.

References or links to third‑party websites or services are for convenience and do not constitute endorsement. We are not responsible for their content or performance.

These Terms and any dispute shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
Parties will attempt to resolve disputes amicably. Failing resolution within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website, products, or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
